Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator role for Blue World Pools, performing high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, a reliable full-time helper, access to towing-capable vehicle and heavy equipment (skid steer/front loader), and a valid driver’s license with insurance. Must be able to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile radius, completing 20–30 pool installs per month. Includes a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer, daily pay, and potential bonuses based on performance. Nationwide pool company with strong promotional activity; locations include Garrettsville, OH.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
