Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations with a steady high-volume stream of work. Requires 5+ years experience in installing above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work, at least one reliable full-time helper, and access to a full-size work vehicle and equipment (e.g., skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Must hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Willingness to cover up to 200 miles for installations (20–30 pools per month) and participate in a 3-day on-the-job training. Pay includes daily earnings with bonuses (e.g., $500 sign-on, $1,000 per week after certain milestones) and potential to earn up to ~$30,000 per month.
