Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for contract above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper and own a full-size vehicle capable of towing plus a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. You must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one). Willingness to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Pay includes average earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install, daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and additional bonuses for pool installations and weekly performance.
