Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator needed for contract-based above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or substantial precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper and ownership of essential equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Training will be provided (3 days) with a current installer. Compensation is tied to installations, with average earnings advertised at $1,400–$1,600 per pool and bonuses including a $500 sign-on, $500 extra per every 5 pools (up to 25 pools), and an additional $1,000 per week for meeting weekly install goals. Daily pay is available. Willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius and complete 20–30 pools per month is required. Company offers a steady stream of high-volume installations and pays promptly after each installation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
