Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations. You will execute quality pool installations across a statewide radius, work with at least one reliable helper, and use equipment such as a full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation or significant residential grading/dirt work, possession of a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance, and ability to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pools monthly. A 3-day on-the-job training will be provided with a current installer. Compensation includes daily pay, bonuses for pools installed, and potential monthly earnings up to six figures for productive crews. Location for this role is Lawrence, KS (US).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
