Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, plus access to a full crew (one reliable helper), a full-size vehicle, and the equipment listed. Must hold a valid license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 insurance, and be willing to cover up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided (3 days). Pay includes daily pay, bonuses (e.g., $500 sign-on, extra for every 5 pools installed), and potential monthly earnings up to about $30,000. Company provides steady volume of work across the state; no tools/equipment provided.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license, auto insurance
- $1,000,000 liability insurance or ability to obtain
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and transit or laser level
- willingness to cover up to 200-mile radius and complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
