Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of experience in installing above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work, and ownership of necessary equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Must have at least one reliable full-time helper, a valid driver’s license, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance or ability to obtain one. Must be able to cover up to a 200-mile radius and complete 20–30 pool installations per month. Training provided to learn Blue World Pools’ build process. Compensation includes average earnings per daily pool install, sign-on bonus, performance bonuses, and daily pay; typical installs take 6–8 hours. Apply via the company website.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
