Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state; must have 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading, own the required tools/equipment, and be able to cover up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided, with daily pay options and bonuses for throughput. Must possess a valid driver’s license and $1,000,000 general liability insurance, and have access to a helper and required equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
