Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc., performing above-ground pool installations across MS with a 200-mile radius, requiring 5+ years of experience in pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, owning crew and equipment, valid driver’s license and insurance, and immediate start. You’ll complete high-volume pool installs (20–30 per month), participate in a 3-day on-the-job training, and earn earnings potential including sign-on bonuses and weekly incentives; the role is contract-based with daily pay options and bonuses for productivity. Must provide tools/equipment and have access to a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/front loader, and laser level. Location noted: Brandon, MS.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- access to residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- transit or laser level
- availability to start immediately
- ability to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius
- at least one reliable full-time helper
