Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operators needed for consistent, high-volume above-ground pool installations. You will complete 20–30 installations per month within a ~200-mile radius, performing precision grading and residential dirt work, and operating equipment such as a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and laser level. Training is provided through a 3-day on-the-job program after hire. Average earnings per daily pool installation range from $1,400 to $1,600, with bonuses including a $500 sign-on and additional weekly bonuses based on installation count; daily pay is available. Must supply tools/equipment, possess a valid driver’s license and liability insurance, and have access to a full-time helper. Company provides nationwide pool installations with a focus on quality installations and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license, auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- ability to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
