Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Bring 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work; provide your own full-size work vehicle and equipment (towing capacity, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Training will be provided. Expect to complete 20–30 pool installations per month within up to a 200-mile radius. Pay structure includes per-install earnings (average $1,400–$1,600 per pool, with potential to earn up to $30,000 per month), daily pay after each installation, and bonuses (sign-on $500, plus $500 for every 5 pools up to 25 pools, plus $1,000 extra per week for 5 installs in a week). Company provides a steady stream of high-volume work and references its nationwide presence.
Required Qualifications
- Contractor position with 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment must be provided by you)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Daily pay after every completed installation
- Contractor status
