Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for high-volume above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations, using a full suite of equipment (towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser or transit level), and maintaining efficiency to meet a target of 20–30 pools per month. Must have 5+ years of experience installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, and bring a reliable full-time helper. Tools/equipment may be owned, rented, or leased by you. Requires valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Training is provided (3 days on-the-job). Sign-on bonus of $500, additional bonuses for performance, and daily pay. Willing to travel up to 200 miles within MO for installations; average earnings per pool are $1,400–$1,600, with potential monthly earnings up to ~$30,000. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
