Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Operate heavy equipment for contract-based above-ground pool installations. Perform precision grading and residential dirt work with a focus on quality installations across a broad geographic area. Must have 5+ years of proven experience (above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work) and bring a reliable full-time helper. You must supply tools and equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one) are required. Training is provided via a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Expect earnings via per-pool pay with bonuses (e.g., $500 sign-on, $1,000 weekly bonuses after 5 installs, potential monthly earnings up to $30,000). Daily pay is available after completed installations. This is a contractor role with a high-volume workload, covering up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month for Blue World Pools, Inc., a nationwide above-ground pool company.
