Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator for contract-based above-ground pool installations. Responsibilities include completing 20–30 pool installations per month within a up-to-200-mile radius, using equipment such as skid steers/front loaders and laser/transit levels, and ensuring quality installations. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, plus at least one reliable full-time helper. Must provide a full-size tow-capable vehicle, access to equipment, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with current installers. Compensation pathways highlight daily pay and potential monthly earnings; bonuses include a $500 sign-on and additional bonuses based on pools installed. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased by you)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
