Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for Blue World Pools, handling above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Responsibilities include completing high-volume, quality pool installations within a 200-mile radius, operating a full-size vehicle and equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader), and applying precision grading skills learned during a 3-day on-the-job training. Must have 5+ years of experience installing above-ground pools or significant residential dirt-work/grading, a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Must provide tools and equipment, and be capable of starting immediately with daily pay structures and performance bonuses. Offices are within Republic, MO; this is a contractor role with potential earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per pool installed, with bonuses and weekly incentives for volume.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- on-the-job training program (3 days) with a current installer
