Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Responsible for completing quality installs across the state with a 200-mile radius, operating equipment (towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level), and coordinating with a helper. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, a valid driver's license and liability insurance, access to necessary equipment, and willingness to undergo a 3-day training. Average earnings potential up to $30,000 per month with bonuses, daily pay, and a 20–30 pool per month target. Training provided; nationwide pool company with extensive advertising. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
