Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations in Ohio. Requires 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading/dirt work. Must bring a full-time helper, own equipment (full-size vehicle capable of towing, residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). License, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one) are required. Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. Training provided via a 3-day on-the-job program with current installer. Average earnings reported as $1,400-$1,600 per daily pool install with potential bonuses including $500 sign-on and $1,000 weekly bonus after milestones; daily pay after each installation. Required Qualifications
