Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations (20–30 per month) within up to 200 miles, operating skid steer/front loader, laser levels, ensuring precision grading, coordinating with a full-time helper, and meeting training requirements. Requires 5+ years' experience, own equipment, valid license and $1M liability, and ability to start immediately.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver\'s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
