Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, access to a full-size tow-capable vehicle and at least one helper, and own equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level). Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Position includes immediate start, up to a 200-mile radius, and earning potential of roughly $1,400–$1,600 per pool with bonuses and daily pay. Training is provided (3 days). Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (own equipment or provide it)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
