Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. to perform above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality installations, operating equipment (full-size vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), supporting 20–30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius, and participating in a 3-day on-the-job training. Must have 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, bring necessary tools/equipment, hold a valid driver’s license and insurance, and work with at least one full-time helper. Pay structure includes daily pool install earnings ($1,400–$1,600 per install) with possible bonuses, daily pay, and a $500 sign-on bonus plus additional bonus payouts for performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, and to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
