Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across Mississippi. Role focuses on completing high-volume pool installations and precision grading/dirt work with access to required equipment, tools, and insurance. Must have 5+ years of experience (pool installations or grading/dirt work), at least one reliable full-time helper, own a full-size tow-capable vehicle and specified equipment, and carry appropriate licenses/insurance. Training provided (3 days). Pay structure includes daily pay, sign-on bonuses, and performance bonuses up to and around weekly and monthly targets. Willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius and manage 20–30 pools per month is required. Company provides steady, contract-based work with opportunities for increased earnings.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
