Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, with at least one reliable full-time helper, and ownership of essential equipment (towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level). Must have a valid license, insurance, and liability coverage, and be available to start immediately within a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Includes a 3-day onboarding training, daily pay, and earnings potential up to substantial monthly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
