Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations in Kentucky. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work. Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper and own access to a full-size vehicle capable of towing, along with a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Immediate start with up to 200-mile radius coverage to complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Earnings potential: $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install; bonuses include $500 sign-on and $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25), plus $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week. Required Qualifications
