Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator responsible for high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installs or precision grading/dirt work, access to a full set of tools/equipment, a reliable helper, and the ability to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. Training provided (3 days). Compensation is performance-based with daily pay and bonuses; typical install time 6-8 hours, with potential to earn $1,400–$1,600 per day. Must hold a valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
