Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations across Ohio. Responsible for completing quality pool installs within a 200-mile radius, utilizing a full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and laser level. Must have 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, bring a reliable helper, and be prepared to undergo a 3-day on-the-job training. Earners can see daily pay with bonuses and potential monthly earnings. Tools and equipment must be provided by the contractor. Location: Millersport, OH.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
