Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper and access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, plus a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level. You must provide tools/equipment yourself. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Willingness to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 per daily pool install, with bonuses including a $500 sign-on and extra $1,000 per week after 5 installs in a week; daily pay after each installation. Company provides a steady stream of high-volume installs and operates nationwide in the above-ground pool sector; opportunity to earn up to $30,000 per month for top installers.
