Job Summary
Contractor Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations in Half Way, MO. Requires 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, ownership of tools and equipment (vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and a reliable full-time helper. Immediate start with up to 200-mile radius coverage to complete 20-30 pool installs per month. Training provided; earners average $1,400-$1,600 per daily pool install with bonuses and daily pay. Must have a valid driver’s license and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Company provides a steady stream of installs and support; tools are not provided by the company. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
