Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Full-time contractor role requiring 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, with a requirement to bring and operate equipment (full-size vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) and to cover up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training provided (3 days). Immediate start with pay bonuses including a $500 sign-on and per-pool bonuses. Work involves high-volume pool installations across the state from Miller, MO. Daily pay option available; average earnings per pool range from $1,400–$1,600, with potential monthly earnings up to $30,000 for top performers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to full-size vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
