Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for Blue World Pools, Inc. performing high-volume above-ground pool installations nationwide with a 200-mile radius, targeting 20–30 pools monthly after completing a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper, access to towing-capable vehicle and equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Compensation related to daily pool installs with bonuses; daily pay available. Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability insurance, and be able to start immediately and travel up to 200 miles for installations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
