Contract-heavy, high-volume pool-installation role requiring experienced operators with access to their own equipment and a helper, with training provided; base earnings discussed with potential for bonuses and daily pay; travel up to 200 miles for installations; Nesbit, MS location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership or ability to provide it)
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
