Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. performing above-ground pool installations and precision grading/dirt work across the state. Role requires 5+ years of pool-install or grading experience, ability to install 24’ round pools, provide and operate equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/front loader, laser level), and manage 20–30 installs monthly within a 200-mile radius. Must have a reliable helper, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability coverage. Training is provided (3 days). Daily pay with bonuses available (sign-on and per-pool incentives). Company has nationwide pool installations and offers a consistent pipeline of work; duties include completing quality installations and ensuring efficiency to maximize earnings. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
