Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for ongoing above-ground pool installations. The role involves completing 20–30 installs per month across the state with a focus on precision grading and residential dirt work. You will operate equipment including a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and use a transit or laser level. Training is provided through a 3-day onboarding with a current installer. You must bring your own tools/equipment, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and carry $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or obtain it). Must have 5+ years of relevant experience (above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work) and at least one reliable full-time helper. Willing to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Daily pay and bonuses are offered. Required Qualifications
