Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations in Missouri. Role requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, ownership of essential equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and ability to cover a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools monthly. Training provided (3 days). Compensation centers on per-pool installations with daily pay and bonuses; typical installs around 6–8 hours with potential monthly earnings up to six figures. Must have a reliable helper and liability/auto insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
