Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator role for Blue World Pools, performing above-ground pool installations across MO with a high-volume schedule. Responsibilities include executing quality pool installations, applying precision grading and dirt work skills, operating and leveraging equipment (full-size vehicle for towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level), coordinating with a helper, and adhering to company training. Training is provided (3 days) and pay structures include daily pay and performance bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pools bonuses). Local work radius up to 200 miles, immediate start availability, and contractor engagement. Company emphasizes steady workflow, nationwide presence, and rapid onboarding for qualified installers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
