Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience (above-ground pool installs or precision grading/dirt work), must have a reliable helper, own tools/equipment (towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level), and carry a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability insurance. Immediate start with up to 200-mile radius coverage to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training provided (3 days). Average earnings per daily pool install range $1,400–$1,600, plus bonuses (sign-on $500, $500 per 5 pools, $1,000 extra weekly for 5 installs). Daily pay available. Company operates nationwide in above-ground pool installations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Pay & Bonuses: Average Earnings: $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install; bonuses: $500 sign-on; $500 per 5 pools; $1,000 extra per week for 5 installs in a week
