Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. The role involves performing precision grading and high-volume pool installations across a 200-mile radius, with a steady stream of work. Requires 5+ years of experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in grading/dirt work, plus ownership of core equipment (full-sized towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) and a reliable full-time helper. Training will be provided through a 3-day program with a current installer. Pay structure highlights include daily earnings potential and bonuses for completing installations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
