Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsible for delivering a high-volume flow of installs with steady pay; must have 5+ years of proven pool-install or precision grading/dirt-work experience, bring a helper, own the required equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and maintain license and $1,000,000 liability insurance. Training is provided, and the role involves starting immediately with up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Bonuses include sign-on and weekly incentives, with daily pay after each installation. Their nationwide operation emphasizes large-volume pool installations and a fast-paced schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
