Job Summary
Experienced heavy equipment operator for contract above-ground pool installations across the state. Drive/operate a full-size tow vehicle and on-site equipment (skid steer/front loader) to complete high-volume pool installations within a 200-mile radius. You must have 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, plus at least one reliable full-time helper. You’ll undergo a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer and be responsible for delivering quality installations on time. Tools and equipment must be owned or leased by you (company does not provide). Expect earnings tied to daily pool installs with bonuses and daily pay; ability to start immediately. Company provides steady volume of work with up to 20–30 pools per month, with potential earnings up to six figures monthly for top performers. Location: Tipton, TN (on-site contract work with travel within state).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
- Contractor position (not general labor)
- Tools/equipment provisioned by contractor (company does not provide tools)
- Ability to start immediately
