Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work. Must provide own tools/equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Insurance (driver's license, auto insurance, $1,000,000 general liability). Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training provided. Earnings governed by per-install pay with potential bonuses and daily pay. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- Access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- Access to a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- General liability insurance policy of $1,000,000 or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Ability to start immediately
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
