Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality installations, operating equipment (including a full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and laser level), and performing precision grading/dirt work. Must have 5+ years of proven experience, bring tools and equipment, maintain valid driver's license and $1,000,000 general liability insurance, and be willing to travel up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training provided with a current installer. Bonuses include a $500 Sign-On Bonus and extra bonuses for pools installed; daily pay after each installation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain one)
- willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
