Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract-heavy equipment operator position for Blue World Pools, focusing on above-ground pool installations across a wide radius. Responsibilities include completing high-volume pool installs (roughly 20–30 per month) within a 200-mile radius, ensuring quality installations, and participating in a 3-day on-the-job training. Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, must bring a capable full-size work vehicle and equipment (towed vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and maintain a valid driver’s license with adequate liability Insurance. Compensation highlights include daily pay with earnings ranging from about $1,400 to $1,600 per pool installation, plus bonuses ($500 sign-on, $500 extra for every 5 pools up to first 25 pools, and $1,000 extra per week after completing 5 installs in a week). All other details cover scheduling consistency, nationwide visibility, and strong pay incentives. This is a contractor role with immediate start potential and a heavy emphasis on reliable equipment, tools, and customer-ready installations.
