Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Responsible for performing precision grading and pool installations with company-provided training, ensuring quality builds, and meeting monthly installation targets. Must operate or have access to a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a reliable full-time helper, valid driver's license and auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile radius and complete 20–30 pools per month. Training comprises a 3-day on-the-job program. Compensated with daily earnings per installation, potential bonuses for pools installed, and daily/weekly pay. Company offers a sign-on bonus and performance bonuses and pays daily after each installation. The role is contractor-based across the state with ongoing high-volume work from Blue World Pools, Inc., established since 1982.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license
