Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator role for above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, plus bringing tools and a crew. You’ll complete high-volume pool installs, earn per-daily-install rates, and can receive bonuses for performance. Training is provided; immediate start available. Tools and crew are your responsibility to bring. Daily pay and a sign-on bonus are offered. Prioritize quality installations and efficiency to meet 20–30 pool installations per month within a up-to-date build process.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
