Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. to perform above-ground pool installations across the state. The role requires 5+ years of experience in installing above-ground pools or in precision grading/dirt work, with at least one reliable full-time helper. You must provide your own full-size vehicle capable of towing, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level, and hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or obtain one). Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Expect to work on high-volume installs (20–30 pools per month) within up to a 200-mile radius, with daily pay opportunities and bonuses including a $500 sign-on bonus and extra payments for every set of pools completed. Average earnings per daily pool install are $1,400–$1,600, with potential to reach up to $30,000 per month. The job includes immediate start availability.
