Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, performing above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper. Must provide tools and equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) and carry a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability insurance. Available to start immediately and willing to work within a 200-mile radius, completing 20–30 pools per month. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Average earnings per daily pool install range from $1,400 to $1,600, with bonuses and daily pay. Required Qualifications
