Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations and precision grading/dirt work, using equipment such as a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level, and following the company’s build process. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading, access to a full-size towing-capable vehicle and necessary equipment, a valid driver’s license and $1,000,000 general liability insurance, and the ability to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. All qualified installers will complete a 3-day training program with a current installer. Compensation includes daily pool install earnings (average $1,400–$1,600 per install with bonuses and potential monthly earnings up to $30,000), daily pay, and sign-on bonuses. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
