Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of experience in installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading/dirt work. Must own a full-size work vehicle and specific equipment (towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/front loader, transit or laser level). Training provided through a 3-day program. Expect 20–30 pool installs per month within up to a 200-mile radius; earn daily pay with bonuses (e.g., $500 sign-on, $1,000 extra per week after milestones). Tools/equipment may be owned, rented, or leased; company does not provide them. Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance, or ability to obtain. Position offers high-volume, steady work with responsive pay and bonuses.
