Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator needed for contract pool installations with Blue World Pools, Inc. Maintain a high-volume workflow by completing quality above-ground pool installations across the state. Role requires owning tools and equipment (full-size vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and the ability to travel within a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided (3-day on-the-job) and daily pay options exist. Potential earnings include average daily per-install pay of $1,400–$1,600 with bonuses ($500 sign-on; $500 extra per 5 pools; $1,000 extra per week after 5 installs in a week). Location: Donnelsville, OH, US. The position is contractor-based with immediate start expectations and offers a consistent stream of installs rather than bidding or chasing work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- Access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- Access to a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
