Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. You will perform high-volume, quality pool installations across the state with a steady flow of work and immediate start. The role requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/residential dirt work, and at least one reliable full-time helper. You must provide your own tools and equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance are required. Expect up to a 200-mile installation radius and 20–30 pools per month, with a 3-day on-the-job training program. Pay includes daily payout after installations with a typical earnings range of $1,400–$1,600 per pool install, potential to reach up to $30,000 per month, plus a $500 sign-on bonus and additional bonuses for every set of 5 pools installed, plus an extra $1,000 per week when 5 installs are completed in a week.
