Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Responsible for completing quality pool installations within a high-volume workflow across Missouri. Requires 5+ years’ experience (above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work), access to tools/equipment, a reliable helper, and a driver’s license with insurance. Training provided; potential earnings $1,400–$1,600 per pool with bonuses; daily pay with on-site pay cadence. Must be able to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools monthly. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
